I have found gratitude to be the single most effective practice that can revolutionize our lives. The minute you open your eyes in the morning, think of three things to be grateful for. Repeat daily. You will likely see that with consistency, you wake up lighter, happier, with more pizzazz and energy to begin the day fresh and open.
